On the Road with The Great Australian Cookbook


We recently attended the launch of The Great Australian Cookbook in Sydney. It's a new cookbook that both the Prairie & Ross Fargher feature in. 

Ross is promoting an old family favourite recipe- originating from batching in the days of living in stock camps where there was a shortage of bread - Stockmans Cold Meat Fritters!
