Chef Hardy Weyrauch has accepted the invitation to return to the Prairie Hotel as guest chef to deliver some culinary creations inspired by the Ediacara fossils + the connection to modern day seafood dining.
Professor Jim Gehling , Senior Research Scientist, Palaeontology, S.A. Museum , will deliver a captivating presentation about “the Oldest Seafood to come out of the Freezer (or Snowball Earth)”
