Fresh fruit, muesli with stewed rhubarb and yoghurt, a selection of quality teas & espresso coffee.

r perhaps a more traditional dish of fried, poached or scrambled eggs (or maybe an emu egg omelette when available) on a hot damper roll with feral sausages, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes?

Bar Menu

Our bar menu is available all day.

You could sample salads, pasta and steaks or try a Roo Burger or Wallaby Stir Fry – or a Prairie speciality, the Feral Mixed Grill - camel sausage, goat chop, kangaroo fillet, wallaby shaslick on mashed potato with gravy.

Dinner Menu

Our dinner menu begins at 6pm and changes almost daily.

Some of our chef’s latest creations include:

  • Kangaroo tail soup

  • Camel sirloin with sweet potato wedges and native thyme & garlic chive butter

  • Blackened kangaroo fillet with corn coriander salsa & a hint of warm fresh lemon juice.

  • Emu egg & vegetable frittata with warrigal pesto & napolitana sauce

  • Rack of goat with mediterranean vegetables

and please don’t miss the desserts… apple and quandong pie, or maybe wattleseed pavlova.

Children’s Menu

We can do almost anything on a smaller scale for the kids – whether feral or non-feral (and we do mean the food!)

Platters with chips and chicken are the usual but the special includes:

  • Prairie Burger: beef or kangaroo burger in a damper bun

  • Feral Mini Grill: kangaroo steak, feral sausage with bacon, salad & chips
