For a more relaxed atmosphere you are welcome to drop into our Bar, for a refreshing beverage, casual lunch or quick bite during your Flinders Ranges explorations. Here you'll enjoy a laid-back setting, bar service, and non-reserved seating available in the bar, verandah or pavilion, without compromising on taste.
A destination full of character (and characters!) such as ours can get quite busy and it's a long way between drinks out here. If your day depends on lunch at the Prairie we recommend making a booking in our Gallery Restaurant.

At the Prairie Hotel you'll be treated to an exceptional range of cold drinks on those warm Flinders Ranges days, including our unique in-house creations. Home to the Parachilna Brew Project, South Australia's most remote brewery, we craft exclusive beers right here in the front bar, offering a taste of local craftsmanship in every sip. Complementing our beer selection is our exclusive wine brand, the Flinders Range. Each wine in this series pays homage to a local Ediacaran fossil, blending the rich geological history of the region with the art of winemaking.
Additionally, our bar showcases a variety of South Australian favourites, featuring a carefully curated selection of beers, wines, and spirits that reflect the best the state has to offer and complements our memorable dining menu.
