As South Australia's most remote brewery, it is nestled in the front bar of the iconic Prairie Hotel at Parachilna. This family-owned and operated onsite microbrewery offers a glimpse into the brewing process, with the facility visible from the hotel's renovated front bar.

Visitors can enjoy the freshest beers, served directly from the tank to the tap. The Parachilna Brew Project prides itself on its everyday range of beers, along with limited releases and seasonal specialties, ensuring a diverse and exciting tasting experience for all guests.

“I've always had an interest in beer (consumption and production!) and after completing my Certificate III in Brewing in 2018, the idea of setting up an outback brewery grew. Fast forward 2 years & COVID presented an opportunity to revisit the hotels operation & ultimately allowed us to carefully consider the future of the Prairie... Enter Parachilna Brew Project!”
