LEAD THE ACCOMMODATION & GUEST EXPERIENCE AT OUR OUTBACK OASIS!
We are seeking an experienced Team Member to oversee all aspects of our accommodation operations, including reservations, guest relations, housekeeping, and coordination of guest experiences. Reporting to our GM, the role is for the 2026 season from late February until early December 2026.

The Accommodation & Guest Experience Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to guests, ensuring their stay is seamless, welcoming, and memorable. Maximising occupancy, revenue, marketing & promotion, and maintaining & building reputation are integral aspects of the role.

We’re looking for a passionate Bar & Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team.
This hands-on role oversees daily bar and restaurant operations, leading a small, energetic team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll bring strong food and beverage knowledge, a commitment to service, and the ability to motivate and train others in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to our General Manager, the role is from late February 2026 to early December 2026.

​Overseeing staff training and performance, stock control, rostering, and compliance with liquor licensing and service standards, the role ensures that every aspect of our food and beverage service runs to the highest standard. Working closely with the kitchen and management team, the Bar & Restaurant Manager drives service excellence, team culture, and operational efficiency across all guest touchpoints.

Reporting to our Executive Chef & working closely with the GM, you’ll play a key role in menu execution, kitchen operations, team culture and consistency across all services and events. Required to act as the Head Chef when required, this an ideal opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their culinary career within a respected regional hospitality business.

ARE YOU A VERSATILE HOSPITALITY star WITH HOUSE KEEPING EXPERIence?
As a Hospitality Attendant with a housekeeping focus, you’ll play a multi-skilled role supporting the presentation and cleanliness of guest accommodation, shared spaces and back-of-house areas at the Prairie Hotel. You’ll be responsible for cleaning and servicing rooms, maintaining guest areas to a high standard, assisting with laundry and basic maintenance tasks, and supporting kitchen and food service operations when required. we're seeking an experienced chef de partie ready to take ownership of a section at one of australia's most iconic outback hotels.
As our Chef De Partie, you’ll be responsible for managing a section during prep and service, ensuring dishes are prepared and plated to a high, repeatable standard. Working closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef, you’ll assist with menu execution and development, maintain prep levels and stock rotation, support ordering requirements, and uphold food safety and hygiene standards.
