HOSPO ATTENDANTS.png

We are seeking DYNAMIC, RSA accredited Hospitality Attendants to join our team!

Primarily a customer-facing service role in the Prairie Bar and Restaurant areas, with flexibility to support the housekeeping and kitchen teams. Reporting to our Restaurant & Bar Manager, the role is for the period March 2026 to early December 2026. Delight our guests with exceptional customer attention and service!

ARE YOU A VERSATILE HOSPITALITY star WITH HOUSE KEEPING EXPERIence?

As a Hospitality Attendant with a housekeeping focus, you’ll play a multi-skilled role supporting the presentation and cleanliness of guest accommodation, shared spaces and back-of-house areas at the Prairie Hotel. You’ll be responsible for cleaning and servicing rooms, maintaining guest areas to a high standard, assisting with laundry and basic maintenance tasks, and supporting kitchen and food service operations when required. Role is available from early March - early December 2026.

Are you an enthusiastic cook, looking to build your culinary skills?

As a Commis Chef at the Prairie, you'll assist with food preparation, cooking and plating under the guidance of senior chefs, help maintain prep levels and stock rotation, receive and store deliveries, and support breakfast, lunch, dinner and event services as required. You’ll also play an important role in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards, assisting with staff meals, and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to standard.
