Returns or Exchange Policy:

At Prairie Hotel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to assist you with returns under the following policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

• To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

2. Exclusions:

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Perishable goods, such as food or beverages.
• Personalized or custom-made items.
• Gift cards.

3. Return Process:

Prints are ink jet printed onto high quality fine art archival cotton based paper which preserves the works for many decades under normal conditions. The print, when finished is signed by the photographer.
